Important pilot scope

KW3LA is a technology platform that helps riders and approved drivers find and communicate with each other. During the Zimbabwe pilot, the rider pays the driver directly and KW3LA charges the driver the platform fee shown in the app. Describing KW3LA as a platform does not remove any responsibility that mandatory law may place on Rospop Labs Ltd, KW3LA, a driver or another participant.

Emergency situations: KW3LA is not an emergency-dispatch service. In immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services and move to a safe place if you can.
