1. What KW3LA uses

KW3LA uses a signed, secure session cookie after Google sign-in so the server can recognise your authenticated session. This cookie is necessary for account, ride and driver features.

KW3LA also uses limited browser local storage to remember service preferences such as the rider's selected pilot market and to improve continuity across page refreshes.

2. Google sign-in

We load Google Identity Services to let users authenticate with Google. Google may set or read cookies or otherwise process device/account information under Google's own privacy and cookie policies. KW3LA does not receive your Google password.

3. Analytics and advertising

At launch, KW3LA does not intentionally use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural advertising trackers on the ride-hailing pilot pages. If we introduce optional analytics or other non-essential technologies, we will update this notice and implement any consent controls required by applicable law before using them.

4. Your controls

You can block/delete cookies and local storage in your browser. Blocking the essential KW3LA session cookie will prevent signed-in functions from working. Clearing local storage may reset pilot-market preferences, but an authenticated user's database-stored market preference remains authoritative where implemented.
